• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
• For large or bulk orders (e.g., multiple fuser units, bulk toner powder), we may confirm stock and dispatch time via call or WhatsApp before shipping.

Delivery Time (Indicative)

• Local / nearby areas (Dharmapuri & surrounding): 1–3 business days
• Major cities in Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days
• Rest of India: 3–7 business days (depending on courier and location)

Undelivered / Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Receiver unavailable after multiple attempts
• Receiver refusal to accept the package

we will contact you to:

• Re‑dispatch after address confirmation (additional shipping charges may apply), or
• Process a refund after deducting actual shipping costs incurred.
